Tipsettle privacy notice

What Tipsettle is for

Tipsettle is a personal ledger for recording tipped work and matching delayed gross card-tip payouts to the shifts that earned them. It does not calculate taxes, give payroll or financial advice, import bank or employer data, or determine whether an employer has made an error. You remain responsible for checking your own records and pay statements.

Your ledger and private iCloud

Tipsettle stores job names, currencies, shift dates and time zones, cash and card-tip amounts, card-funded tip-outs, notes, payout dates and gross payout allocations on your device. When private iCloud is available for Tipsettle, Apple CloudKit can synchronize this data with your own devices. Pragmatiq does not operate a developer server for ledger records. You can edit or delete records in the app; iCloud deletion is eventual when Apple processes it. CSV exports and paid PDF reconciliation summaries are created and shared only through the action you choose.

Optional usage analytics

Tipsettle may use TelemetryDeck for a small allow-listed set of product interaction, purchase, support, export and reconciliation events, together with SDK-provided app, device, language, runtime-context and diagnostic information. Analytics can be turned off in the app and are disabled before initialization when you opt out. Tipsettle does not send shift amounts, payout amounts, job names, notes, dates, record identifiers, CSV or PDF contents, support message text, email addresses or raw error text to TelemetryDeck. Analytics never controls saving, reconciliation, export or purchasing.

Support and purchases

A support draft stays on your device while you edit it. If you choose Mail, another email app or copy, the selected service or clipboard handles the message you choose to share. Apple and the App Store handle payment, purchase and restore processing for the Tipsettle Plus lifetime purchase.

This website

This static website is hosted on Cloudflare. It has no contact form, browser analytics, account system or database for Tipsettle records. Cloudflare may process request data such as IP address, browser information and request logs to deliver and protect the site under its own terms.
